My Teaching Journey

In 2016, I completed my first 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga alliance certification in the beautiful land of Bali. After my training, I felt the urge and inspiration to continue my travels. With my whole life packed-up in two suitcases, I took the brave decision to head down under to Australia and teach.

While in sunny Sydney, I discovered the magic that is Yin Yoga and all of its highly therapeutic, meditative, meridian connective elements. It soon became an integral part of my practice. The results were so fantastic, that I felt the urge to bring this gift to my students. I therefore embarked on a 100hr Yin Yoga training in Mexico (2018). A year later, I completed a 100hr continued education certificate in the Science of Sequencing and the Art of Adjustment.

I consider myself to have been very fortunate to have had the amazing opportunities of travel, whilst increasing my knowledge with some of the best teachers from around the world. And of course, I am forever grateful for sharing with so many souls from different cultures, whilst learning about their own individual yoga stories.
